In addition to the different working hour models, we manage various pension and bonus models.

So for example, during profitable and successful years, our employees get a common company bonus. On special occasions (Christmas, anniversary) our employees get gifts and bonuses.

In cooperation with the child day care centre "Villa Kamilla", we provide financial assistance to our employees with children.
